user journey & process documentation

This project was completed over 11 weeks as part of a design platform in NUS. Though progress was not entirely linear, the process followed the flow of: product analysis, user research, user & user journey consolidation, ideation from insights and lastly product development and visualisation. The product was modeled in 3D using Autodesk Fusion 360, rendered in KeyShot, and visualised in Photoshop and Powerpoint. There was also a good amount of pen and paper sketching to ideate and resolve details.
I conducted a product analysis on dishwashing soap, looking at 5 categories.

I derived many insights from the user journeys and ultimately chose 2 key design opportunities to ideate from. Ideation was categorised into physical, human and digital solutions.

I started with low fidelity sketches, then modelled in 3D and went back and forth resolving product details, before the final renders and visualisations.
